ESN Hertfordshire is running a Buddy Scheme for all Erasmus Students studying at the University of Hertfordshire


The Buddy Scheme is designed to introduce Erasmus students to the city, the places to go out and to help them integrate into the British way of life.

Once you have signed up you will be matched with a local Buddy (local student at Hertfordshire University) who has volunteered to welcome and guide one or more international student(s). 

Their tasks consist of introducing themeselves and anwering any questions that you have, about Hertfordshire, the University, or more generally about life in the UK.  

When you arrive your buddy can take you to see the city, the best places to go out and places to go shopping etc. and can also introduce you to their friends so you can get to know local students before your course starts. This should all be a lot of fun and is a great opportunity to learn about other cultures and languages!
